Only the extra small is the $7.40 price. All the other sizes are $23.70.

I’ve never been extra small but maybe others are or can purchase one for a smaller person in their life.

Like I said on another post, I love tips like this. Sadly, I can't use this tip because it just doesn't get that cold often enough where I live. Oh & when it does, I stay inside!!!
