bug out

Continuing to work and improve on my bug out bag. Here is a current load out showing the contents. Need to add a small hammock with Mosquito net and always looking for ideas for improvement. I have also added a good pair of hiking socks but they are not shown here. Any suggestions?

Does anyone have some feedback or thoughts on what to do if a major crisis occurs while you or your spouse is at work? I'm more concerned about my wife who works on the other side of town. Should I tell her to leave work immediately or hunker down and stay at work if a major crisis occurs? I...

What radio(s) do you use? For me at the moment I am using an Icom IC-7200 with Goal Zero solar generator for power. I know it won't exactly fit in a bug out bag.
