fast and furious garlic chili oil. feel free to use canned ingredients! in ways they can be better!
1 clean pint liquor bottle to store the finished product in.
4 ground red chili peppers.
1 finely chopped jalapeno pepper or two tablespoons of chopped green bell pepper. {for color}
1 quarter-sized garlic clove, minced thoroughly.
1 mixing spoon of chopped green onion+ the green tops.
a dash of dill seed.
a dash of cooking MSG
bring 1 cup of sunflower oil to a simmer in a saucepan and add your mix and stir for five minutes. remove from heat, once it is cool to the touch, add a couple of tablespoons of Chinese vinegar and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. pour it into your pint bottle and fill the rest of the way up with your regular oil. store refrigerated, and shake well before use.
