Aide Memoir

I have this little aide memoir I use to help me double check on my prepping essentials to see that I have got as many bases covered as possible, It may be of some use to others so I'll post it here for people to download.
The PRIMARY subjects in in BOLD in the left hand column and the associated issues with each subject are in the rows running L to R.

This is pretty good. I have tried to put together a prepping basics plan but have never gotten it quite so condense yet still cover pretty much everything.
