Antifa use fighting fascism by behaving exactly like 1930s fascist thugs, But they are actually nearly all communists and socialists hidoing behind other causes to try and wreck any capitalist system. Their are laws already against attacks such as antifa actions but not the words or affiliations that are domestic (home grown) doing so opens up a can of worms. We just need to make laws that give stiffer punishment and/or actually enforce them but most of these actions are within States jurisdiction and courts.

Also, all violent actions by antifa are done mostly in large cities run by people that tolerate antifa (left wing democrats) and it's violent protest.
