Puerto Rice most definitely just went though a SHTF situation, and they still sort of are. Many people were weeks/months without power from the grid.
If I'm being 100% honest, I'm not prepared for what many of the people there should have been prepared for. I would need some help (at least some paper towels lol) to get through it.
