Anyone do Quilling ??

Clearing out my mothers house , she was a master Quiller .
I have a big box of her supplies . If I can't get rid of it , I'll give it away if it doesn't sell.
Having an open door sale in a couple weeks . I'm in the country and sales don't go well.

My bff used to quill but I don’t think she does anymore. Some intricate designs can be made using that technique. Check Etsy and other online marketplaces to see what might be good prices to ask.

I'll just give it to anyone who wants it here if it doesn't sell . I don't have the patience to sell it on line . Just don't want to deal with on line sales

My sister does most crafts including quilling. She used to manage a craft store. If nobody else I will take for her use.

You might also call the nearest art center and give them a heads up. Sometimes for such specialty items, the general public won’t know what to do with it but those who do are glad to find items.

It might be worth a little effort to find it a good home. Someone who'll appreciate it. I'm glad my dad is finding good homes for some of his possessions now. It makes him happy too.

Beautiful work, but that is probably the only craft I don't do.
Only time I come close is paper garlands at Christmas with the smaller grandchildren.
Then I have to watch several real close cause they will try to eat the glue.

Theres nothing near me , I'm in the mountains , I did find a small place in the next town , they were 20 yr. olds and looked at me like I had 2 heads ...... They had to google quilling

I wouldn't go near a nursing home . When my Mom fell and broke her back the hospital said the nursing home is the way to go . They put her in there for rehab .
That night we went to see her , all the way down the hall I could hear her screaming and other patients . She was so compacted from the pain meds all she could do is scream .
I got the head nurse and told her , she just said we can't do anything without authorization and that won't be until tomorrow ( they had put her in with dementia people .
Bottom line . I told the nurse to get a wheelchair we're out of hear , they said you can't do that , went and got a wheelchair and I told them try and stop me .
So , I brought her home until she passed
