I do this crap and wonder why... but I always eat the evidence!
1/4 pound of browned and scrambled country sausage.
1/4 cup of shredded provolone cheese or Swiss.
1 cup of Spaghetti or pizza sauce.
3 tablespoons of shredded onion.
Half a dozed crushed black olives.
1 big pinch of Italian seasonings.
Mushrooms would have been nice, but I'm out.
1 tube of GRANDS FLAKY buttermilk biscuits.
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and opening the biscuits, peel off about 4 layers.
add a tablespoon of your mix, lay down another 4 layers of biscuit dough, and using a wet shot glass, press them together and lightly brown in olive oil. tastes like a pizza roll, but with real flavor!
