Looks like scrambled eggs with pieces of tomato in it. I sometimes slice a big mater and put SE on top, pretty dern good!

Excellent observation. It is (or was...lol) scrambled eggs with chunks of fresh Arkansas tomatoes, buttermilk biscuits with butter & apricot preserves, and spicy sausage patties.

I LOVE apricot preserves!
Always had plenty of strawberry, peach and blackberry preserves growing up. We canned all of that. We never had apricots.
I've been eating them with revenge ever since.:wink:

And I'm even worse than you. I eat eggs, sausage, waffles and jam for supper at times.
I tell the Mrs. I'm just really early for breakfast.
