All a criminal has to do is use a revolver...casings stay in the gun...or...pick up the brass after the shooting is done with a semi-auto. Most times the guns are stolen anyway...thug is not the registered owner...


Policy just puts a burden on the legal owners...who will have to pay more for the cartridges...which is probably the plan to begin with....

I love how even though it is impossible to comply with the law, that's just not enough to invalidate it.
If they only knew how stupid they sound when agenda supersedes logic.
