If he had used a crowbar, they'd be suing Lowes.

On a totally separate note: getting shot with a .44 round ball from a black-powder gun, DAMN!:eek:. If a guy's gonna shoot me, give him a decent weapon, not a damn crowbar.
I don't wanna suffer.

However, if you trip over a crowbar at Lowes and need to sue, here's your Mann:

Maybe so, but black powder doesn't fall under that purview, nor do they require a background check.

And notice not a single word about the failed justice system that allowed a convicted felon to have firearms.......because they ain't got no money:rolleyes:.
