I've canned plenty of meats, no problem. I'm just wondering about meatballs because they have ingredients besides the meat that are often found on the no-no lists - breadcrumbs/oats/rice, parmesan cheese, eggs, ranch dressing powder, etc.
Does anyone here can meatballs? And if so, what ingredients do you use?
