Many years ago, I saw a Vegas stage show that was normally done with dogs, but this show was done with ordinary domestic cats. They performed on command and their act was perfection. After the show, the trainer stated that cat are much smarter than dogs. He said his cats perform well because he constantly rewards them with a treat each time they complete a trick and the cats demand / expect it. He also stated that cats have a strong memory and they ALWAYS expect the treat when they complete their trick. If for some reason he fails the give them the treat, the cats adopt a “screw you” attitude the next time he calls on them to perform.
Cats are smarter than people think ;)💖

This is Peymon. We lost him in JAN 2019 to intestinal cancer. We haven't been able to get another cat or pet. My wife almost broke down and adopted a cat but backed away.
What a sweet kitty. He's waiting for you.

Reminds me of my Sammy! Sammy is having trouble eating lately. When he found me a year and a half ago he was SO emaciated that he had organ damage. The vet said it would give him problems and what signs to watch for!! I'm afraid he may not be with us much longer!!🙁
Pretty cat.

OMG - So on our walk this morning on the next street I see the "Serv-Pro" (water damage) trucks in front of a house on the next street moving the big blowers in. The owner came out wearing a respirator, and I asked him what was up. My first though was a dead body, a couple years ago some guy died in his garage and nobody noticed for two weeks... Then we've had several home heavily damaged by old PEX pipes blowing out, thinking of repiping ours.

No, it wasn't the pipes, or a body. (But there may be a body soon.) When they were at work yesterday somehow their CAT managed to turn on a faucet and overflowed a sink and they didn't find out until they got home. Entire house is flooded!

I would not want to explain that to my insurance... :D
