It's been talked about before. The big thing I think is the simple fact that it puts a whole lot of like minded people in one area for easy plucking by the government. That's my .02 on it.

It opened for me....but...not so impressed. I agree with old_anorak! Plus was a bit uncomfortable with the money layout..but that's just me.
