hi,

Want to know how you guys cook yer corned beef.

I drop the whole can into a pot, add about 2L of water 9about 2qt plus)

add some grain, barley, green and red beans, lentils. Mixed peas (carrot, corn and green peas)

Add a little garlic, ginger. and salt and pepper to taste.

Makes a hearty stew which a bowl fills up a meal.

How about you?

first I make home fries of round slices of potatoes then I put in the can of cornbeef and fry it with the the potatoes for another five minutes and serve it as Cornbeef Hash YUM. my family inhales that stuff it goes so fast.

Yes, fry it up with some taters, onions and throw a couple fried eggs on top of each serving. Don't forget to sprinkle with a few drops of hotsauce.

had that type of stew when in mil.manouwers, but no garlic, then one time my instructor gave some garlic and the taste was so much better, i sometimes slice it, fry it and some eggs and serve it on top of rye-bread
