Because I am a , well, a turd when it comes to the computer, I can't figure out how to cut and paste from this thing.
I will say this, from the manual on crowd control;
"The shotgun is used to protect the M203 gunner" lol way to put it out there.
Non Lethal weapons have a Lethal Zone. Makes sense.
"If faced with armed civilians/military weapons, do not deploy RCA's (Riot Control Agents), this may escalate the situation." Interesting.
Overall, I cant believe they let stuff out there for general consumption. Someone could, if they wanted to, use this to develop counter-tactics. Heck, someone probably is. The detail this thing goes into. Using Snipers against unarmed civilians in the event of a hostile act by the crowd. Crazy.
I read this whole thing, my big takeaway - Get away from crowds. Get out of the area, don't even mess around. If you are a hostile, stay at the edges, because that is where the command and control is happening. The intersection of crowd and crowd control is not a good place to be, whether you are looking to protest, or looking to do harm.
Also, comms. The more I learn, the more I see how comms are essential to any endeavor. And that's an area I am sorely lacking. I'm going to need to set up a list of priorities for this year, and comms need to be on it.
Anyway, in all its glory
