I did this years ago but mine was crude it was rain proof with no lights a piece of plywood in the bed to keep the ribs out of my back when sleeping in a sleeping bag,,,bare bones it was a cut above a tent

It's impressive how some people can drastically alter something with very little money. Pretty cool.

I have friends like this. I'll spend a lot of money on something. They'll spend a fraction of what I spent and have a cooler setup. Go figure.
