This is the dirty little secret that the pro-EV zealots will not discuss with you
when your battery dies, will a charging station be any where to be found?
Will the charging station already be in use? causing you to wait for that car to be recharged before you can charge yours?
When you plug in to recharge will it cause a black out in your area?

We all might be driving these on the road someday🤪

Here is a link if anybody is interested. I don't expect to be doing it anytime soon. From what I have read, long distance travel in an electric vehicle is one giant PITA. The charging stations are few and far between, they aren't always readily available (long wait times), it takes much longer to fully charge the battery, and the charging stations may not be on your route. You have no choice. You have to go where you can recharge. Not my idea of a good time.
