I haven't tried this recipe yet, but I have it saved for later use. I don't use nutella often, but I do occasionally. I have plenty of peanut butter on hand because I use it so often (3-4 peanut butter and jelly crackers as a snack)

Homemade Nutella
½ cup creamy peanut butter or other nut butter
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup Dutch process cocoa powder
1 ½ tablespoons oil
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/16 teaspoon salt
(For the creamiest, smoothest spread, use a food processor if possible.) Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend until very smooth.
Use this homemade Nutella to spread on toast, or however you wish—hot chocolate, smoothies, cookies, granola, s’mores, and so much more. (There are loads of recipes on Food.com—stuff you’d never imagine.)
