Pumpkinseed Bread Recipe:
1.5 cups pumpkinsead meal (Grind the pumpkin seed in coffee mill)
.5 cup flaxmeal
2 Heaped Tbsp fine desiccated coconut
3-5 Tbs psyllium husk fibre (Its a jelling agent)
2 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp salt
2.5 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 eggs
1 cup boiling water.
Mix all the dry together, mix all the wet together, mix everything together, put in a bread baking tin. Bake 180 deg. celcius for 1 hour.
