That’s wild, but not surprising. As preppers we are all aware of how fragile our food system is. The masses don’t have a clue and aren’t even prepared to handle a two week disruption. This is just one of the reasons I believe in gun ownership. Hungry masses don’t make nice friends.

yeah that gets me to.i believe at least 60% to 80% of to people today can't handle not having a smart phone and intenet.what are they gonna do when certain foods start to run out? mainly their favorites.

I saw signs like these at Walmart the other day. It was the same day I was planning to drive through a hurricane the next night, and just a couple days after those earthquakes. I told a fellow prepper that the apocalypse could happen any day. . . I've always thought it's going to be a combination of things that build up to society-ending disruption, rather than one singular event, but that's just me.

Not surprising nor unsuspecting, just look at crop damage in the Midwest from the double and triple hits from the weather earlier this year. I feel bad for the farmers, the unprepared, not so much.
