The wife took frozen Korean dumplings , frozen corn, and beef or chicken stock and brought it to a boil.
I started with a can of stock, two cans of beans, and onion and brought it to a boil. Then I add a dozen Korean dumplings and return it to a boil. Then I add two packages of Ramen, remove it from the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes or so till the noodles soak up the liquid. This makes 3 or 4 servings.
I use a can of lima beans and a can of red beans but whatever you have, or prefer, works well.
The dumplings have a meat filling do they provide a good protein. Any brand of frozen dumpling, that you like, works.
The beans along with the wheat in the noodles and dumplings provide more protein.
I do not use the flavor packets in the Ramen but if you want more salt add anywhere from half a packet, to both packets, to flavor.
