Here is a new way to get out when you find yourself with antenna restrictions by either HOA's, man-made objects, or geography! It is called the DV4 mini, and it works wonders!

Heh heh, it's identical to Icom's D-Star system. Digital voice is becoming the new thing these days.
It sure is! I have been debating on getting a DMR radio.... Have you used those?
Yes I have. I was pleasantly surprised.
The radios I have seem to be pretty inexpensive, unless you are going for a Motorola radio.
