Ensure

Just started Mom on Ensure Plus. I wanted the extra calories and protein. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to serve Ensure to vary the taste or improve the meal?

In a blender with her favorite ice cream and flavoring and maybe a little powdered body builder protein. (Half a shot of booze might help)

I have heard it's best served very cold.
