Really, this has to be the largest Military joke I ever seen, problem is this isn't a joke and I wish it was!

EU Army set to be agreed TONIGHT – and BRITAIN will foot the £420m-a-year bill

And even though we all know Britain will end up FIGHTING against it at some future date, we simply coyld not now, The UK army is at an all time low and is completely unable to attract recruits.
