While we're often too busy at a scene to stop and take pictures, it is becoming more and more likely someone else not involved with operations is recording what's going on. Anyone have any good action shots (fire scene, training, apparatus, etc...) they're willing to share?
I'll start.
2016, Labor day house fire. I drove the second engine (I'm working the pump in the photo) and we laid an 800 foot supply line that allowed me to run a two and a half inch line to the rear of the house, the deck gun, and three hand lines. I also supplied the ladder pipe later in the fire but I had to shut down the rear line to do so.
It was a modified ranch style home with an addition. The original home was lost but we saved the addition.
No loss of human life but there was the loss of several hundred rounds of ammunition. Shooter 13's thread "Breaking News" actually caused me to recall this fire.
