May be in the early stages of Chronic Wasting Disease.
I thought that but didn't see any tearing in the eye or any slight foaming around the mouth, either case I wouldn't have touched it since science isn't positive humans won't catch cwd. From the CDC "that the species barrier may not completely protect humans"
