A one-year carry license may be issued for persons "exposed to exceptional risks to their life" allowing to carry a handgun and a maximum of 50 rounds. Such authorizations are extremely rare, as the state would provide police protection. Since November 2015, police officers have been allowed to carry their firearms while off-duty."

But the State failed in this instance, by not providing an armed Police escort for every single citizen, during every single hour of every day.

Once every French citizen has a 24 hour armed Police escort, these types of incidents will come to a speedy halt.

read an article yesterday,that security services around Europe are warning of attacks against hospitals and kindergartens by these "peaceful" scumbags..

I've noticed for awhile,that there is a cafe,run by these towel heads on my way to work,yup I walk on the other side of the road,that it's been
very quiet there for sometime,it used to very lively indeed,but not at the moment.
call me paranoid,but when things go quiet,then I start to worry a bit.

I'm in my 60s and been shooting since I was 15. I remember with ABSOLUTE crystal clear clarity that when the UK joined the Common Market, EEC, EC, EU, EUSSR that they promised us that gun controls would be harmonised across the EU ( lie 1) and all NONE CURRENT MILITARY CALIBRES would be unlicenced (lie 2) and we the European sheeple believed the MFSOBS. Gun controls and bans are far more than just attacks on civil liberties they are an attack on Human Rights and Democracy.

Note Gentlemen that EVERY government that demands and gets gun bans and gun controls since 1945 has seen its gun crime normally RISE , currently in the UK its up over 20%. but FAR more importantly whilst they disarm the public just look at the newer, bigger, more powerful, more lethal, assorted weapons for the police and state security forces.

He's hysterically funny (and a little offensive...you need a thick skin to appreciate his humor).

Achmed is a skeletal ventriloquist dummy...all that remains after he accidentally blew himself up because he scratched his ass while adjusting his explosive suicide vest.
