No way in hell would I be standing in front of those windows or even in that building on the first floor.

Its York the old Viking capital of England ( Yorvik) the water would have to be above the second floor before they closed the pub, The only real problem is if it gets a bit stuffy and some half wit opens the windy to let some fresh air in FYI in another photo it shows an Aussie guy cruising around in a Kayak having fun in the rapids between the buildings.
