I found this on Yahoo and had to share it. It amazes me how some people act when "the cost of doing business" happens. I can't count how many times I got tripped when I was a kid playing soccer, and never did it enter my mind to beat the crap out of the other player! In my opinion there is absolutely no call for this!

i agree. I think she should have been charged for battery too.

+1. That's kind of silly, isn't it? I have a hard time keeping those different charges straight in my head sometimes.
