This buggy say here all day. The a person who ewe call “special” took the cart back out on the floor and returned items to the correct shelves, Not the special persons fault, She was doing as told. Which was go put this stuff back on the shelves. BUT, with out critical thinking skills. Someone could be killed

I would never call that a buggy and I am southern. That is a cart in my world. A Buggy is what I see horses pull.. . maybe even a goat.
