That piece of **** should hang, but I'm one of the nice guys. Not as nice as that grandma, though.

the frustration with criminals being protected and 'allowed' to steal up to certain amount is growing big time. its incredibly sad to see this being allowed as it creates more criminals. and how long before they are ;allowed' to enter a persons home or office and steal with no consequences.
it seems like the mentlly ill left is begging for conservativeds to get so pissed off the fight back so the left can claim how evil we are

I have heard that you can walk into any store and take anything less than $50, and you will not be stopped or questioned. Evidently criminals have all the rights now.
Someone told me that all kinds of people are aware of the $50 limit now. Guys who need new work gloves will walk into Home Depot, get their gloves and walk out. They know to keep their goods under $50. A client manages an Apple Store. They are not to approach or to speak to thieves, except to ask them if they can help them.

"Allowed theft" will cause all prices to rise, to cover the theft. The honest, law abiding shoppers will pay for the theft.
Of course. Someone has to pay the cost, and it is passed on to consumers. There was a minimum wage increase to $15 an hour. Shortly afterwards, I saw someone compain about how expensive his meal was at McDonalds and that he wasn't going to eat there any more. With that wage increase, someone is going to pay for it, and it is the consumers. I wondered about this man's background who was complaining. I wondered if he was benefitting from the minimum wage increase in his paycheck, but then having to pay when he went shopping?
Any theft is theft. Prosecute them all. Our judicial system needs to grow backbones and stick them into a cement cell, 8' x 8', until they realize this is not good for their health.
I wonder what has gone on that this is allowed? Why has petty crime become allowed in so many aspects of our lives? I know that in public schools, at least in my area, a school board member told me that I would not believe all the law suits that are set up against the school system. Do criminals take action against retail stores so much that it has become not worth it for stores to prosecute?

My daughter worked at a retail clothing store in a high end mall a couple decades ago. Management pointed out a guy who came in one day and told her that she could watch him the whole time he was there, not take her eyes off of him, and he would be able to leave the store without her even knowing he had taken clothing. They knew it, because he would come in and return what he had stolen, and somehow didn't need a receipt to return it. I often wondered if he was "pre-shopping" for someone else who actually took the items, but management could never figure it out. He may have had a few people who shoplifted for him.

when tyrants mess up the fibre of society, with things like university degrees and the like, it is used to create monsters out of minor miscreants, and leaves the tyrants with people busy trying to stop pilfering so that they don\t see what the tyrants are up to.

do you realize how much cell space would be required for 99% of government, and most of the judicial system just to start off???, perhaps supervized gardening would be a much better solution.
