I guess thanksgiving is mostly a U.S. Holiday, but it's always good to take time to be appreciative of what's good in your life. I just hope we all have enough to eat, a safe and secure place to lay our heads at night, and have some family or friends to share with. Everything else in life is gravy . I am happy that the year has been good enough to me that I have increased in my preps towards living without electricity. Even though I've still got a lot to do still, I'm glad to be heading in the right direction. Right now at 3:30 in the morning, I'm thankful for the fire in the wood stove in front of me, and the hot cup of coffee beside me. Don't ever forget to appreciate the little things in life!
