Hello everyone, I'm from Denmark and I've been prepping on-off since about 2009-ish. I'm mainly prepping for the upcoming super solar storm, but general preparedness for catastrophes is never a bad thing, right?

Besides the obvious necessities of food, shelter and defense, I'm interested in the civics/theory of society during catastrophes, i.e. rebuilding society, how hit societies behave and work, how knowledge is preserved and propagated again and of course how people behave in and after the **** hits the fan.

I feel the same way. I always loved my sociology and poli sci classes, but I love books more than people in general. Unless I can spend time with an individual and have a good conversation, I enjoy that too.
