Hello from Alabama

Hello. I live in southwest Alabama on the Gulf Coast and have been through many hurricanes and have always been prepping to some extent, but now I need to start long term storing food. I have many questions on that and will be posting questions if I can't find an answer. I don't trust our times and we best be ready.

Another welcome from Ga. I too was from a hurricane prone area, so was prepping before I even knew what it was. Canning was one of the best things I've learned, along with gardening to fill the jars. There's lots of info here on it, and about dehydrating and smoking stuff too.
