Hello from Sweden from a prepping family man. I am relatively new in the field but trying my best; my main focus is to get in a really good physical shape, learn as much survival skills as possible and prepare myself and my family for any disasters possible.

In order to motivate myself and log my progress in my training (fitness and skills) I started a blog, check it out if you want: https://tacticalfitblog.wordpress.com/

Best regards

Welcome to the forum. You are starting in the right place with health and skills. Nice blog (I book marked it so I'll be keeping an eye on you lol) and I do love Seven Ocean rations above all other lifeboat rations.

I hope to learn from you and I hope you pick up a thing or two for from us. As for condition yellow, it should be natural, even at home I go from white to yellow if I hear people in the hallway, or police/fire trucks going through the area.

For situational awareness, you don't need to notice if they are right or left handed or small stuff like that, but the bigger things like do you see a group of guys walking towards you and do they suddenly start talking among themselves and looking in your direction too much? Are both hands in a pocket (casual or cold) or is one hand always in the pocket (knife?) or my the waist band (gun?). Can you tell is someone is walking up behind you or are your ears filled with loud music from your MP3 player? Even if I have both ear buds in on the bus I will still have it low enough to hear all conversation around me, if waiting for the bus they are usually not in and if they are then only one ear bud is in leaving the other ear open.

I hope to address other topics as they come up in the various sections.
