Help getting back to chat

This is my first day and I was on the chat (forgot what it's called) and my satellite went out and now I can't find how to get back to it. Can someone help please. Newbie.

have you tried clicking on the home or forum tab,at the top left corner?

Yes, the trending, subforums etc show and I can go to them, but I can't find the right tab for the chat

for a phone.do you have tapatalk on it? on account it might have something to do with the setting.
for a tablet.there's 2 browser settings for being in a forum.one is desktop mode.and the other is moble mode.

I have tapatalk. Just installed it today on my tablet and phone. Don't use my desktop or laptop

im thinking that your issue might be tapatalk.but im not sure seeing how i've never used it before

I Uninstalled the tapatalk and went through Google and was able access shoutbox. Longer process but it worked. Thanks again
