My name is Dean m and like you I'm a prepper . I live in Australia and I'm worried about the state of the world.Im preparing for either a natural disaster or a terrorist attack .
Welcome! Quite a diverse idea. Living in Australia, do you see terrorist threats? I never hear of any for Australia. I'd always figured Australia to be the PERFECT bug out location.
Hi over the past few year there have been a couple of averted attempts on 1the Sydney nuclear power station and on the holsworthy army barracks which were stopped before they could go any further than on paper .so there is still a threat even though small and with our troops in Iraq , and Afghanistan really anything is possible .so as the saying goes its better to have and not need than to need and not have .Welcome! Hi thanks for the warm welcome looking forward to chatting to like minded people like yourself .A Warm Welcome, mate! Feel free to ask around. There are also a bunch of Aussies here.
A lot of the in-house experts here can help you in your plans. I should know, I learned a lot from them too even if I had been prepping for a couple of years. These here are a good bunch of chaps and ladies...

Hi I'm putting together a couple of bug out bags I have the essentials food , life straws , shelter, cloths for climate, advanced first aid kits , glow sticks , touch plus extra batteries , small radio .NBC suit ,gloves , boots , fishing gear , waterproof sleeping bag , waterproof poncho , sneer wire , weapons , knifes , water bottles ,combat vest is there anything else you think I might need that I haven't mentioned .plus I'm having trouble keeping the weight of my pack down to something I can carry for long periods and move quick with . I do train couple times a week but with work I don't have a lot of time . I don't want to get stuck carrying a heavy load if I have to move quick .any suggestionA Warm Welcome, mate!
