I make lots of muscadine, Concorde and fruit wines. Since I am mostly fond of sweeter wines, when one comes out dryer than I like I mix it with a clear soda, which sweetens it and adds the carbonation fizz. I like it so much that I even mix really good wines this way now. I guess I need to get one of those soda stream machines I've seen at Walmart soon.
