Well, that is Detroit! The whole block was being squatted.
I saw a posting a few weeks ago about a family who arranged to rent a property, before they got to the city. The person who rented them the house didn't own it or have any rights to it. He just runs scams and takes people's money. Imagine arriving after driving for miles and packing and all that exhausting stuff, to find out you have no where to live and that you have been scammed out of thousands of dollars.

BTW, I once had a student who had an uncle Arthur and he was a cross dresser as well. He often picked this student up from school. I count that as entertainment!
