No, that wasn't CGI, that was a prototype for the Pegasus VBJ (Vertical Business Jet) which is in development by Pegasus Universal Aerospace in South Africa.
Costing a cool 20 mil, it will be a 7 passenger business jet with a range of 2700 miles.
