I like the Pistols cover of 'MY WAY'---it makes a statement, lol. Maybe you should sell everything you don't absolutely need, or trade some firearms for a working vehicle. I had to sell my Henry .44 lever carbine awhile back, and I meant to never let it go, but hey, ya do what ya gotta do to stay afloat... and granted, the PTB ain't making that task any EASIER, lol. If you get suicidal, try to take out a few of those scumbags before ya go, lol. Otherwise, get to work on a plan, because the PTB ain't gonna do that for ya either... well, not a GOOD plan, anyway, lol. Ya ever consider relocation? Like out here to New Mexico? I ain't taking in any coons or possums, but cats are always welcome! Fixed cats only, that is, otherwise they should be rehomed... another hard choice to make, but when the chips are down, that's when hard choices have to be made. And don't forget, I may only own a half-acre of land, but I own it free & clear, there's plenty of room for an RV or tiny home, and you're welcome to use the north bedroom until you get situated.
Simple rules apply: no idiot leftist libtards, ethnics or alphabet soup queers, I don't offer hospitality to any fools who slurp on globalist b@llsacks, aye? No smoking in the home, not even weed, that's what the front porch & yard are for... and I might just join ya there too, lol. No slob action... if somebody stays on this property for any length of time, I expect that person to pick up after himself and not create messes, as I ain't no stinkin' maid. That also means doing household chores & cleaning on a regular basis. Nothing p!sses me off faster than some slob who takes it for granted that his messes will be picked up by somebody else... that slob ain't gonna last, 10-4? And forget about that rent boycotting BS: in the first place, there won't be any rent, and I know a surefire way to get rid of any troublemakers, it's perfectly legal too, lol. My uncle was a state judge over in Texas, back when that actually meant something, lol. Guess that kinda wraps it up for the rules... well, some noise restrictions apply, but I occasionally cut loose and crank my TV or stereo, lol.
Oh, yeah, anybody who stays here for any length of time is expected to contribute half of the utility costs, that keeps wastage down and teaches responsibility, lol. Here's the good news: Internet & utilities are already in place, and utility bills are pretty low out here in the boondocks. It's a nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood with very little traffic, just those folks who live nearby in this corner of the subdivision. There's plenty of room in the yard for gardening, relaxing, sleeping in the Pawleys Island Hammock, birdwatching, whatever... the front porch is nice and big too, and I have an old wooden rocker out there, plus two deluxe XL camp chairs which I only bring out when I'm using 'em, aye? Got a nice stone fire ring, those camp chairs come in handy on starry nights when I have a fire blazing... no smog out here, so there are a million stars in the sky when the moon isn't too bright. Get yourself a travel trailer or RV that ain't too shabby and you can park it in the yard, there are no restrictions here for that sort of thing, not when I'm already living in the home.
Enough said, you may not even have made it this far, lol... and that's okay, just know that the offer is sincere, and I'm just the guy that can back up that offer, along with those house rules, lol. But don't be a stupid d!ck and you won't have any problem, lol... kinda funny to think how many guests stayed at the ol' hacienda in Coronado back in the day, usually just for the night or weekend, but sometimes for weeks at a time while they straightened out their lives. I was known for my hospitality then, and nobody ever left my home tired or hungry... probably explains why I'm NOT rich today, lol. But I reckon I'm friggin' wealthy in LIFE EXPERIENCE, and that's what counts in my book. Meh, that was then and this is now, so don't bother coming out here unless you're committed to following simple house rules and enjoying the laid-back atmosphere of this 'hood. If you choose to try your luck out here, expect to pay your way as you go (food, drink & utilities), and expect to help out with household chores, otherwise you'll wear out your welcome PRONTO. Go easy on the 'Doom & Gloom'---it gets old fast!
ALRIGHT, THAT'S MY OFFER... I'M BACK TO THE WEBSITE FOR A BIT, THEN I'M BACK TO A GOOD BOOK.
