Just so you know a while back the company paying the VA bills was changed. Now the bills are paid by DEERS. When the change happened all VA info was transferred to the DEERS system Or at least that was the plan. The only info transferred on my SF was his name, date of birth & SSN. Because of that we are now getting bills because DEERS doesn't have enough info to know if they should pay the bills. I called them & they gave me a list of things to send them. If you go to the VA you might want to check on it BEFORE there's a problem.
Lastly I was told by the DEERS person that many, many, many people's info wasn't up to snuff (or sometimes they had nothing on them at all).
