Since it seems im the only czech here then its up to me to start a thread here.
We are not the most interesting country in the world but i love it here.
If you want to know anything about Czech Republic i will gladly answer any question

Sadly not yet .... still finishing my gun licence.We have pretty strict laws when it comes to weapons and hunting you need a licence for gun and permit for hunt.Weapon licence is not that hard to get but to be allowed to hunt you need to be a member of a huntsman group that is restricted by state. So i only used traps for rabbits a few times and fishing anytime i can.

So far czechs seems to be clever people but EU is already brainwashing us with their ideas and sadly its starting to work.
Takes a lot of time before we start acting.

Jontte : Agree ... we have nice looking cities but Prague and few others are really just a tourists traps. For example Jeseniky is almost unknown and still its one of the most beautiful places to visit.

From what I understand, it's fairly easy and inexpensive for Americans to book hunts in the Czech Republic.

For foreigh hunters it seem more accesible than for locals.
Im going to my cabin in the woods tommorow, will visit the hunting lobby nearby and ask about what to do and what will i need to be allowed to hunt small and bigger game.Will hopefully have better answer for you when i get back on monday.

And if you go anywhere in EU to hunt keep track if the ammo ban passed or not.
