This is nothing new, the IRS Criminal Investigation Department has always acquired firearms just like the Postal Inspector. The only reason this was brought up in the first place was because of people like alex jones pushing conspiracy crap. Each agency has its own Law Enforcement department Like Department of Treasury has the US Secret Service, BATF, US Department of Transportation has the US Coast Guard etc... When I worked for the US Forest Service I worked in the Enforcement Department and was armed which is under the USDA. Someone can always create conspiracies from this, in the end it's really no issue.

I also read a few years ago about bow much ammo the Feds were buying so there would be less for us. I do remember long lines camping at Academy Ssports when theynleaked that .22 LR ammo was arriving.

Lol the .22 ammo shortages wasn’t from the feds purchasing them, it was a accumulation of things the .22 shortages were strictly the results of the geopolitical winds of that time and the resurgence of the little .22, bloggers/preppers telling folks to purchase the .22 (more for less) thus creating the so-called ammo brokers, they would purchase great quantities and sit on the ammo creating the shortages and raising prices, on top of all that the manufactures didn’t know if lead was going to be banned creating uncertainty also several manufacturers were relocating plants like Remington, internet sales gone through the roof, war in the Middle East. All this help creat the shortage conspiracy but in the end ‘we the people’ created the shortage with a little help from Mr. paranoia not the government although the democrats greatly helped feed the paranoia

I generally don't go along with the conspiracy theories but who would have thought the Democrats would behave as they have since 2016 . Weaponized IRS , FBI , CIA aginst the Conservative Citizens . ( all this Trump hate is aimed at Us not Trump) .
After Ruby Ridge and Waco You would think the big Government agencies would be using much smarter tactics but then comes the Roger Stone raid with cnn waiting to catch the action . Sure it was going to go Their way but still left alot of risk for innocent People.

The .22 shortage came from the millions of new firearms sold needing ammo and when it started disappearing the buy it when you see it kicked in .

Yep, that it a proven fact "Weaponized IRS , FBI" The FBI for a good part of it's existence have been weaponized at one point or another especially during the red scare, generally it's the leadership not rank and file. The IRS has always been weaponized in my opinion.

The IRS is a criminal organization operated by a corrupt federal government. They operate outside the constitution and common law. They don't even lawfully follow all there own statutes. They even have there own unconstitutional courts. Technically there not, because they can't force you into those courts, but they do try and trick or intimidate people into them. The IRS should be eliminated and the people should petition to do so and refuse to pay any income tax until it is.
That's another outrageous claim, the IRS wants to tax your wages, wages are not income by any definition! Its an equal exchange of goods or services for a legal tender.
