I can see the job applicants line up. "Ok, our last boss was with his family when a missile hit him. He tried to escape with some of his children but was injured. So instead he just blew them up. And his wives each blew themselves and their other children up as well. So, it's a great job, great benefits. You'll get 72 little virgin boys when you get blown up. Who wants the job?"

Sadly these nutjobs are willing to do it. But you know they'll be sleeping with both eyes open. And no worries, we have more missiles.

He blew himself up because he was getting chased down by a hero dog. That's a fitting end for him.
It's really terrible about the children though; it just makes him that much worse of a person that he would bring children into his evil world, just to blow them up like that.
