I agree. If congress will get off their butts and approve a bill to allow states to us to stay on DST it would solve the problem. Washington and a few other states have already approved staying on DST year-round but we need congress to say OK.
My wife loves the time change in the Spring because she hates it getting dark at 5 PM in the Winter.
