EEERRRRRRR

I just had a shelf of can goods collapse and fall right into the kitty litter box below!! Luckily the cat was not indisposed at the time, but yuck, what a mess!

Well look on the bright side. At least they are canned goods and they'll wash. Could have been potatoes or something that you would've had to have thrown out. But yeah, crappy thing to have happen. I use the wire restaurant shelving for most of my stuff, so far, so good.

If you step in dog poop , its your fault . If you step in cat poop ,its the cats fault. So says the picture to the left.

Please be careful hanging shelves. They can come down not only on pets but small children as well. Can and canned goods are heavy. You may want to store them in flat boxes under a bed or basement floor.

i build shelfs to stay up..and in place..:) nothing but lumber and screws there when it comes to them shelfs.and still got 2 shelfs to add to um..i love building shelfs..get place to store things..

I need more shelves. I want good solid wood shelves. Not the particle board bookcase things from WalMart. Jim, want to come build me some shelves?

not only hope you got tha lumber n all for them..but also hope you got lots of food to eat...my fee's aint cheap..lmao

We're reclaiming the lumber from a 2 story house so that's covered. I cook enough to feed an army. The hubs can eat an entire fried chicken, so can the kidlet, so yep there's food.

If you step in cat poop you must be walking around in the litter box. I think you have to accept a little accountability for that! :)

I do sometimes question the sanity of people (like me) that have box of poop just sitting there in their house though. My wife is like a cat whisperer though so felines will always be here. just a part of married life. I've played around with the idea of building some kind of litter box that hangs out the window rather than directly in the house but haven't done it yet. Maybe my collapsing shelves should serve as warning not to dangle the cats out a window though!

We have a few cats and honestly I prefer them out in the barn, but we have one that is in the house. Tallulah got into it with something and had a big chunk of her neck chewed out, after months of care and convalescing, she stays in the house. I feel for her, she's gotten a little brain damaged I think, just a twisted little biscuit.
