Let me introduce you to the newest addition to my family. William born today at 3:47 pm seven pounds nine ounces. Six weeks early. Yeah. We start out big. I was 14 2 when I was born.

Im apparently at fault for his coming so early. His momma, my daughter was working on a grantry crane and torquing the deadman when her water broke.

Momma and baby are doing fine. Might be a good thing he came early. If he'd of been full term he would have likely split her tall slender self in half.

Bourbon and smokes are on me.

Congratulations Thumper! He's a St Patrick's baby. Better get him some green beer. Good luck to the mom and dad too. I'll take a rain check on the bourbon. I'm leaving in a few hours to drive up and see the grandbabies. They're about 9 hours North of here.

Congratulations, hope he is all joy to you and yours.
