There is a Wolf sanctuary close to me. When my wife was a Girl Scout leader we would take the girls to the sanctuary for a night Wolf Howl. One of the guides would howl at the wolves and they woud howl back. I really enjoyed it. It is a hauntingly beautiful sound. Thanks for sharing.

My dad and I were in the Borrego desert and camped for the night. I woke up at about 2:30 with my dad banging pans and hollering. The coyotes came by to sing for us but dad was not impressed.
